Tigers Nike RBI Baseball Off-Season Workouts

The Tigers Nike RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) program is excited to host off-season baseball workouts for all eligible players within the PlayBall Detroit network. These workouts are designed for youth athletes aged 13-18 who are interested in refining their skills, staying active during the off-season, and preparing for the upcoming baseball season.

• Location: Madison Heights Bishop Foley High School, 3200 N Campbell, Madison Heights, MI
• Age Group: 13-18 years old (Eligible for RBI program)
• Dates Sunday September 28th
• Time: 1:30pm-4:30pm

What to Bring:

• Baseball Equipment (bat, glove, helmet, etc.)
• Water to stay hydrated
• Wear your baseball uniform (or comfortable athletic wear for training)

These workouts will focus on fundamental baseball skills, including hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running, led by experienced coaches who are dedicated to player development and enhancing athletic performance. Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting started, these workouts are a great way to stay engaged and improve during the off-season.
